New Therapist at Evergreen
It is with great pleasure that we welcome our newest therapist,
Jeff Lee, PT DPT, OCS, CSCS to Evergreen.
Jeff, a doctor of physical therapy and graduate of USC '09, brings a passion for the wellness of his patients and experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. Jeff is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Currently, in a post-graduate Kaiser Permanente orthopedic residency program, he is on track for FAAOMPT. A native of Massachusetts, Jeff came to California to attend Whittier College, where he received his undergraduate degree in biology and kinesiology.
Jeff is also an avid rock climber and skier. We are thrilled to bring him to Evergreen and share his expertise with our community.

Natalie Lamb Immoor, PT, DPT to Evergreen.
Natalie, a doctor of physical therapy graduate of USC '05, brings a passion for the wellness of her patients and experience in pediatrics, women's health, Pilates, orthopedics, geriatrics, and TMJ. She was also an exceptional PT intern of Dave's in 2004, and has gone on to become a sought-after PT in the west LA area. We are thrilled to bring her to Pasadena and share her expertise with our community.

Evergreen Physical Therapy Specialists is partnering up with FOTO, Inc. to better serve you and your physical therapy needs. FOTO, Inc. is the largest and most valid external database for rehabilitation. FOTO measures functional outcomes for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiopulmonary patients by administering quick 10 minute online surveys. The surveys ask questions about pain, functional ability and are specifically designed for each patient based on your diagnosis. FOTO, Inc outcome surveys assist your physical therapist in better serving you and your physical therapy needs.
